There are non-stick drying sheets that must be used with some Excalibur dehydrator models. These sheets are very inexpensive if you need extras, and can generally be ordered at the same time as you place your order for your Excalibur dehydrator. These sheets are thin and don't take up much room on the tray at all, allowing more room for the food.
